Segregated Accounts
Client accounts are segregated. This means that client money is held separately from company funds and cannot be used by Trading Point except for client dealing purposes. Transparency is a major component in retaining existing customers and attracting new ones. Our procedures, costs, technologies and services are totally transparent in order to satisfy the increasingly aware customer of today. We are always available for our clients. Our representatives in departments as varied as customer service, compliance, IT and dealing desk stand ready to offer 24 hours personal service.
Spreads
We make every effort to get the best prices from our multiple liquidity providers in order to keep our spreads as narrow as possible. Our goal is to provide our clients with the lowest spreads in the industry coupled with the best execution quality.
